Hi, my name is Amethyst. I am 9 years old and I live with Cystic Fibrosis. I was born with CF, but my family did not know about it until I was 4 and a half. When I was finally diagnosed with CF, I had to stay in the hospital in Vancouver for 2 whole weeks.
With YANA’s help my parents were able to stay with me in Vancouver while we learned all about CF and how to take care of it. Since then I have had to go to Vancouver 3 or 4 times a year for checkups. YANA always helps my family out so that they can come with me. My family is very grateful to YANA and all they have done for us.
