Show your love for biking and for the YANA families in our community, and join the team! Every dollar donated is used to provide support for families needing to travel for medical treatment for a child or pregnant mother.

For 2020, your ENTIRE registration is a charitable donation. Tax receipts will be issued and mailed from the YANA office.

REGISTRATION is ongoing until August 15, 2020

FUNDRAISING PRIZES = WIN – WIN – WIN!

ALL riders are encouraged to collect donations to support your efforts or pledges per km or per minute towards the goal you set for yourself or your team.

The combined total of your registration donation and all the donations/pledges you receive qualify you for hundreds of fantastic prizes. Your supporters can donate/pledge directly to your personal page on RaceRoster once you register or you can download a YANA Pledge Form HERE.

WIN for YOU – The dollars you donate and raise earn you your share of thousands of dollars in gift cards and prizes from local businesses. Eating, shopping, staying and playing – Imagine the fun you’ll have!!

WIN for the LOCAL ECONOMY – Our peloton of generous cash sponsors, led by Dr. Andreas Conradi have provided donations that will be used to purchase gift cards and prizes from local businesses hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Every prize encourages more fundraising AND helps our economy bounce back!

WIN FOR YANA – Every dollar goes straight to helping a local family receiving YANA support while travelling for medical treatment for a child or pregnant mother. This event is our second-largest annual fundraiser. The event raised $80,000 in 2019 covering over half the accommodation costs for children and pregnant mothers needing to travel out of our community for medical reasons. YANA supported over 600 medical trips last year, providing $322,876 in funding and accommodation support to families. There has been a significant backlog created for necessary medical appointments, tests and treatments postponed during COVID-19. As services reopen, the need for YANA support will be stronger than ever for families that have been financially affected by the pandemic.

Your registration donation and your supporters’ pledges allow YANA to help families when they need it most.

$50 = 1 night stay at a YANA apartment in Vancouver near BC Children’s Hospital
$100 = 1 night stay near Nanaimo Hospital
$200 = YANA envelope of cash for family’s emergency hospital transfer
$400 = 2 weeks stay at Jeneece Place in Victoria
$1000 = 1 month travel expense funding for a family away from home

REGISTRATION is ongoing until August 15, 2020

Thanks to our Sponsors!
